Rules on web only shows 10 rules

Thanks. This isn't very intuitive. On the mobile app, the screen doesn't show all of the first 10 so scrolling to see all of them triggers the load more action. Almost results in an infinite scroll with a stutter. Whereas the browser app on a monitor shows the list of 10 in full, but nothing says to click and pull up for more.
