Offline cache
Sometimes I have poor network service but want to look over my expenses. It won't allow me to see any of the data until I get a decent network connection.
It would be great to be able to have offline caching available for all expenses and charges. The automatic refreshes should cache to the device.
As a secondary... Be able to manipulate transactions with expenses, then sync back up when connected again.
If this may cause conflict for some users - maybe just an advanced option to enable for premium members.

Please show an indicator stating that the refresh is in progress so end users don't get confused when it actually refreshes. This will be a great UX improvement being able to see data when the app is opened, rather than a dead app until the data loads!
