Move unused expense funds to goal and then set aside target amount

I just realized this would be useful as I try to grow my goals month to month: an expense funding option to, on funding day, move whatever is left over in the expense into a goal and then set aside the target expense amount. Expenses like “groceries” or “gas”, or even “electricity” often have left over unspent funds; I would love to stash those in a goal at the end of the month!
