Manual CC Reconciliation

I’d love to be able to attribute/reconcile transactions manually in a similar manner to bank transactions. Attributing a CC transaction to a bucket will transfer the money from that bucket to the defined CC goal. The current functionality of the CC integration is limited in that you can only take advantage of it if your setup is capable of handling automation.
