Infer account balance from Bank application's own notifications
I would like it if you could collect or see my bank (Chime) app's notifications and infer new transactions as well as daily balance updates in real time. I don't know about every platform, but for Android it should be possible to get permission to see my notifications for other apps (kinda like Pushbullet?), and provide some nearly always up-to-date info on my budget/bank. I'm thinking this would compliment regular Plaid API accesses, not replace it. I personally don't like waiting to manage my transactions and their buckets/expense pool.

Clever idea, but I think it's too clever. The support and effort would be pretty high for the app to reliably do (and I don't have access to every single bank and their push notification format). Neither does every bank do push notifications. Even in the case that it does, we'd miss out on data like category for auto-spending.
