Das Budget won't refresh my account or let me update my email.
It won't let me refresh my institution. I but more refreshes and it still won't let me refresh my account. It said I had to wait a certain amount of time for a refresh, so I did. After waiting, I hit refresh and it said it was refreshing. Once it was done, nothing changed and it wasn't refreshed. It also won't let me update my email.
