Create option to change future & previous transaction names and categories

Currently, DAS only allows changing permanently change categories for new transactions. Extend this behavior to be able to rename a transaction and/or change a category: - Apply change to previous and future transactions - Apply change to this transaction only - Apply change for transactions only going forward Use same rule-based matching in feature https://dasbudget.canny.io/requests/p/spend-from-buckets-bas…

This would be extremely helpful as I have a few transactions that contain a different number each month making merchant spending out of an expense bucket difficult, and I can't use a different category because it is already in the correct one.

This would be a big win as it was something Simple did in their App. When you changed a name it stuck - For example I change - “Thai Kitchen St. C St Charles Mo 1” to “Thai Kitchen” I want it to be “Thai Kitchen” in the next transaction Anthony :)

Jonathan Schultz: 100%! And I think it'd be eve more powerful for partial matches. Like "Walmart #342" rename everything with the word Walmart to just "Walmart"
