bucket transfers enhancement

Would be nice for bucket to bucket transfers to have so that if the bucket I’m transferring from doesn’t have enough in it that I have an option to fund the rest from FTS or another bucket. I put everything on my CC. Then I move money from the bucket I spent from into my CC bucket. There are times that I know I go over my bucket. So when I transfer from the spent bucket to my CC bucket it would be nice to have this. Also, if we could add notes for bucket to bucket transfer so that I can remember what my CC transfers were for.
