Allow account icons to be customized so they're easier to see in transactions

Currently, each transaction displays a tiny icon according to which account it's associated with. This would be great, but when shrunk down, most of those icons look similar. I'd love to be able to either change the icon for each account or assign each account a color to make it more obvious which transaction is which!
