Add hyperlink ability to transaction notes.

It would be great to be able to add hyperlinks to the details of a transaction, clicking them would open up an externally hosted image, file, or website that you want associated with that transaction. Like a bill or a receipt. Can be used in addition to locally hosted files, and as a substitute for locally hosted files until that feature is available.
