Add Home Page feature
A screen in DAS to show an overview of the current budget.
Include upcoming funding schedules and upcoming expenses/goals. show off-track buckets.
for things that need attention or upcoming items.
- Payday schedule in 3 days.
- X buckets are off-track

- Z expenses are fully funded
- N expenses are in-progress
