Add Emergency bucket for Funding Schedules

Designate a goal as a backup bucket to move money into FTS if a funding schedule is low on FTS funds. onFundingScheduleTimeOut -> mv needed amount from backup goal to FTS and rerun funding schedule. @vptkvc --- Additionally, allow the emergency bucket to fill free-to-spend to $0 when negative. (But only when bucket history is implemented)

I have a low priority feature request; it may already be on the list but I couldn't find it (I'm probably looking for the wrong thing if it is). I would find it useful if I could specify the funding bucket source for funding goals and expenses. For example, for certain goals I might like to fund them periodically out of the Round-up bucket. Or from a super secret bucket that I stash money I receive from my occasional side consulting gig. Or wherever. As I say, it's low priority. I thought I would get your feedback here before making an official request in the app. Regardless whether it is eventually implemented I'm really enjoying DAS; I miss Simple less and less with each passing day!
