Add advanced bucket behaviors

Similar to YNAB, but have an "advanced options" text button to open up options for power users. ------------------------ YNAB: **Needed For Spending** *Use for: groceries, gas, holidays, Christmas, vacations, etc.* Fund up to this amount, with the ability to spend from it along the way. **Target Savings Balance** *Use for: down payment, emergency fund, etc.* Save this amount over time and maintain the balance by replenishing any money spent. Open-ended goals with fixed contribution amount, no completion date, no target amount (eg: contribute $5/day every day in perpetuity for my vacation fund)

"Fund up to this amount, with the ability to spend from it along the way." Does this mean for instance, you set a savings goal of $2000 for vacation, it slowly saves up $1000 but then you use $500 as a down payment for the reservation ($500 left), the bucket remembers what was spent and continues to fill to a final total of the original goal amount so it only saves another $1000 instead of what would happen now where it would save another $1500? If so that's awesome!

The ability to spend buckets or goals along the way and have it still remember that that money was there would be SO helpful! As well as the ability to indefinitely find a certain amount to a bucket without a date
